Today is the 6th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
The news reel has been playing.
I did not know anyone who's family was directly affected by September 11, 2001, but I do know that the entire nation mourned for people they didn't know.
It's time to remember the people that were working in the World Trade Centers.
It's time to remember the passengers, flight attendants and pilots who were on the airplanes.
It's time to remember the police and firemen who rescued approximately 16,000 people under the rubble, and those who died trying.
It's time to remember the people on flight 93 who died to prevent any damage to The White House or The Capital Building, and to keep anyone else from losing their lives.
I'd like to add that we should also think about the poor people who instigated these attacks. They have been brainwashed and I don't think it's fair to place all of the blame on them.
The terrorists hated U.S.Americans for reasons that they probably didn't even know. It makes me sad that they took their lives and the lives of so many other people to make a point that really doesn't even make sense.

Now I'd like to draw your attention to My Good Deed . The organization was started in 2002 by David Pane and Jay Winuk. They wondered what would happen to 9/11 so they came up with the idea to start something good. Their idea was to make September 11 as a National Day of Voluntary Service, Charity and Good Deeds. You can participate by planning some sort of good deed and posting it on their website.
I will participate. Will you?
